So grateful for my time at Yale Foreign Language Academy

I have been so grateful for my time at Yale Foreign Language Academy; especially since it was my first teaching job. The directors are always behind you so disciplinary issues are never a problem. They create a worry free environment by always paying you on time. Plus they aren't always looking over your shoulder telling you how and what to teach. They allow you the freedom to teach how you see fit (As long as the students are learning and are happy of course.) Plus, I never have more than 12 students in my class so I usually have a good relationship with most of my students. It has been a great experience working at Yale.
